Understanding Jahandar’s Attack Patterns

Jahandar’s attacks evolve as the battle progresses, transitioning between two main phases:

First Phase (Above 70% Health):

• Poison Attack: Jahandar charges its tail and strikes the ground, creating a poison pit. Contact with this pit inflicts poison damage over time.
• Fang Attack: A basic claw swipe that can be parried with proper timing.
• Charge Attack: Jahandar’s eyes glow yellow as it charges forward. A well-timed parry not only inflicts significant damage but also briefly stuns the boss. 

Second Phase (Below 70% Health):

• Ground Stomp: Jahandar leaps into the air and crashes down, causing area-of-effect damage. This is followed by falling debris from the ceiling.
• Orb Spawn: Summons a purple orb that emits damaging pulses. It’s advisable to destroy this orb using ranged attacks like arrows.
• Buffed Poison Attack: An enhanced version of the initial poison attack, where the tail emerges again to target your position. Dodging is crucial to avoid damage.
• Poison Arrows: Jahandar rapidly fires poison projectiles. These can be dodged or parried back. 

Strategies to Defeat Jahandar

1. Upgrade Your Equipment: Enhance your sword’s damage at the blacksmith to increase your offensive capabilities.
2. Equip Protective Amulets: Use amulets that reduce poison or environmental damage to mitigate Jahandar’s attacks.
3. Maintain Patience: After creating a poison pit, Jahandar often retreats, baiting you into the hazardous area. Wait for the poison to dissipate before advancing.
4. Master Parrying: Effective parrying, especially during the Charge Attack, can deal substantial damage and provide openings for counterattacks.
5. Stay Mobile: Continuously move to avoid ground stomps, falling debris, and poison projectiles. Dodging is essential to minimize damage.
6. Prioritize Threats: In the second phase, swiftly destroy summoned orbs with ranged attacks to prevent additional hazards.
