What Do Aion 2 Accounts Include?
Aion 2 account listings vary quite a bit depending on how far the original owner progressed and which systems they invested in. Most listings will note the following:
- Level: the character's current level, up to the Global launch cap of 45 (KR/TW is currently at 50 after the Chapter 1 update). This is the first thing to check, since level gates access to most story content and dungeon tiers.
- Class: which of the eight Global classes the character was built as (Templar, Gladiator, Assassin, Ranger, Sorcerer, Spiritmaster, Cleric, or Chanter). Class defines the entire playstyle and gear path, so this needs to match what you actually want to play.
- Equipment and Item Level: the character's gear pieces, grade (Heroic and Unique are the two confirmed grades), and current Item Level. Item Level is what actually gates dungeon and raid access rather than character level, so it's the more meaningful progression metric at endgame.
- Skins and cosmetics: outfit skins, wing designs, weapon appearances, and other visual customization the account has collected. This is where limited-time event cosmetics carry real weight, since some can't be earned again once their event window closes.
- PvE progression: which dungeons, expeditions, and raids the character has cleared, plus Chapter 1 content completion where applicable. Progression flags matter for skipping story gates on your first login.
- Arcana Cards and Stigma skills: the account's Arcana Card collection (a stat-bonus card system farmed mainly through timed challenge dungeons) and Stigma skill levels (enhanceable up to 25 on KR/TW). Both are long-term collection systems that heavily shape late-game power.
- Currency, inventory, and additional slots: in-game currency balances, expanded inventory or bank slots, mount ownership, and any additional character slots the account carries over.
Why Buy an Aion 2 Account?
The core appeal of an Aion 2 account purchase is time. Aion 2 is a fully modern MMORPG with two overlapping progression ladders (character level and Item Level), and the second ladder is what actually gates content access. Reaching endgame from a fresh character typically takes 40 to 80 hours of focused play, and preparing that character for the first real dungeon tier adds another significant chunk on top through gear grinding.
For players joining after the Advanced Access rush, a pre-leveled account also matches the reality that most of the community is well past the opening zones within a few weeks of launch. If you're joining a Legion that's already running endgame content, buying in at a comparable progression tier means you can actually play with them from day one instead of grinding solo for weeks trying to catch up.
There's also the class-switching angle. Aion 2 allows extra character slots, but rerolling a new main from scratch is a serious time commitment. If you initially picked Ranger and want to switch to Sorcerer for the current PvP meta, buying an account with the class you now want is often faster than raising a second character to cap. The same logic applies to players returning after a break who don't want to redo the entire progression loop.
Finally, some accounts carry event cosmetics, launch-window titles, and other collector items that can't be earned again. If specific visuals matter to you, an account purchase is sometimes the only path.
