This DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy (“Policy”) applies to the website, marketplace platform, services, and related applications operated by GGChest Marketplace (“GGChest”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

GGChest respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, sellers, buyers, and visitors of the platform to do the same. 2. Review and Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, GGChest may:

• remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• notify the user who uploaded or published the material;
• request additional information where necessary;
• take further action as deemed appropriate under applicable law.

GGChest reserves the right to remove content without prior notice where required or appropriate.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where GGChest may be found;
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

GGChest may suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to maintain internal records of copyright complaints and enforcement actions.

5. False Claims

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability under applicable law, including damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Likewise, knowingly submitting a false counter-notification may result in legal liability.

6. User Responsibilities

Users of GGChest are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, listings, images, digital goods, trademarks, or other materials they upload, publish, sell, or distribute through the platform do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

By using GGChest, users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorizations for the content they submit.

7. Reservation of Rights

GGChest reserves all rights to:

• investigate alleged infringements;
• remove or restrict access to content;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement authorities;
• take any additional measures deemed necessary to protect intellectual property rights and the integrity of the platform.

8. Modifications to this Policy

We may update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the platform.
