Yes. Dead by Daylight stores all progression data under a Behaviour Account (BHVR ID), not under any individual platform storefront. Bloodpoints, Iridescent Shards, Auric Cells balance, unlocked characters, perks, cosmetics, and Devotion level are all attached to this account and sync across linked platforms.
Platform connections (Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Epic Games) are added as separate slots within the Behaviour Account. A given slot can only be occupied by one platform at a time. On accounts that have been played across multiple platforms, some slots may already be linked.
Before purchasing, confirm in the offer description which platform slots are active and whether the slot for your preferred platform is available.
