GG Chest applies order protection to all account purchases, including PvB accounts. Buyer payments are held until the buyer confirms receipt - funds only reach the seller after that confirmation. Account orders may fall under GG Chest's 7-day account warranty rules.
If a problem appears before or during transfer - incorrect login details, a platform suspension, or resource structures that don't match the listing - contact the seller through the GG Chest order chat first. Most issues get resolved at that stage. If the seller doesn't respond or the problem stays unresolved, you can open a dispute with proof. The case is then reviewed through GG Chest's dispute process, and you may be eligible for a refund after review.
Third-party account transfers carry inherent risk. Follow all seller instructions inside the order chat to reduce it.
